As part of the familiarity process, photographic and DVD presentations should be compiled, a summary project analysis sketched out through iterative discussion and in order to establish a target market and establish costs, a preparatory design clarifying the style and scope of built units needs to be embarked upon, resulting in a situation plan. Ideally, additional contingent sales guarantees need to be obtained from the local market. Only then can a detailed cost assessment and cash flow analysis be undertaken with confidence. |
