If potential investors do not pose questions that are difficult to answer they are extremely unlikely to be successful in their ventures, wherever they may take place. Where projects often fail is not because those concerns cannot be answered but because the responses are poorly communicated through language or misrepresented through cultural differences.
No matter how appealing the vision, the arms length approach, is often fraught with difficulties, sometimes because of these communication difficulties often because neither party to the co-operation is completely familiar with the business environment applicable to the other. |
